1 I have a problem with the cooling fan and TV turns itself
I get a pop up window on my Samsung 55" UHD TV saying that " there's a problem with the cooling fan. Your television will turn itself off to prevent overheating ". After 5 minutes it does turn itself off but when I turn it back on the message disappear. I tried to reset the settings to factory settings but it didn't help. I live in Panama (Central America) and they aren't very knowledgeable about repair. Any suggestions on what should I do?
