will not come on. fuse is good
Looking to buy these however, will not turn on. Fuse is good. What else can I look for?

chief309 that is a tough question. You checked that there is power to the fuse to make sure that the line in functions. If you have power at the fuse check the filter coils to make sure those are okay. Make sure that you have power at the transformer and check jumper J7 for proper placement. This is tough to answer until you have it apart and in front of you. Try the schematic and use your multimeter to see what's going on. Behringer 215D Schematic
