cannot download footage from gopro to computer
trying to download footage but it shows text as 'The requested resource is in use'

Hi there,
Without knowing any other details about your situation (type of computer/operating system, how you are attempting to upload the videos, etc) I think the first place you should start is by reviewing this help webpage from GoPro's website:

They list four different methods you can use to get your footage off of your gopro.
