3 25 % packet loss
I've been having some really poor internet connection recently, and tried to delve into my router (Check Connection) did a ping and tracert to google and got this result:
4 packets transmitted, 3 packets received, 25% packet loss
anything I can do about this and what does this mean/is it bad?

Hi, What is your equipment setup and are you using wireless or ethernet?
1. combined modem ethernet router
2. combined wireless/modem router (also with ethernet ports)
3. modem connected to a ethernet router
4. modem connected to a wireless router (which also has ethernet ports)
As you can see there are a lot of variations.
Please supply the setup and make and model numbers of the equipment. This will aid in getting more relevant answers.
