No enciende mi telefono blu advance 4

buenas tarde hace una semana tenia mi BLU Advance 4.0 funcionando con normalidad y de responde empezó con cerrarse las aplicaciones y las mismas daban error al iniciar, trate de reiniciar el telefono y luego quedo en el logo de BLU, vi varios tutoriales que decía que la falla se podía resolver realizando una reinstalacion de la ROM, pero cuando trato de instalar la rom sale errores y no se deja instalar, uso para eso el flash tools
