2 I can not make or receive a call.
I exchanged my battery on my Samsung Duos2/GT S7582 but after a day I could not receive or make a call. It says Mobile network not available.

You might want a new phone, if your statement is correct, your phone still supports 3g. 3g ended around 2021 2022. Im sorry if this is the case.

ifixit is a world wide forum so it may depend where in the world the OP is or should I say was back in 2016 - see date of question ;-)
There's still some 3G in operation for a while e.g. U.K.
