Why is my device's battery dying quickly?
I have a Samsung NX500 and I will charge it up to about 70%, and after 20 minutes it is down to 15%

try letting your camera charge to a full 100 percent. from there your battery should be fully functional and working properly. If not you may need to check the battery and see if it need to be replaced.
