Hey, this is my second ueboom . I love the speakers but I have a problem .
I've been using this for about a month and today it has no built in sounds and no sounds via Bluetooth or aux cord. It shows up and syncs with the phone but no sound and even via aux it does no sound.. I've tried to do the hard restart and nothing :( Please help

If your UE Boom speaker is not making any sound, see the UE Boom Is Not Producing Sound problem page for possible causes and solutions.
As you have been using it for only a month and as you have also 'reset' it and it still doesn't work properly, I suggest that you verify the purchase date of your speaker and if it is still within the manufacturer's warranty period then consult the warranty documentation that came with the speaker as to what you have to do to make a claim for a warranty repair or replacement.
If you cannot find the documentation anymore and as the warranty provisions depends on which country you are in, you may have to search for it online. Just search for Logitech UE Boom warranty to get the correct result
