1 Why is my keyboard not responding?
I've restarted my laptop multiple times and I cannot type in my computer password. My keyboard doesn't seem to be working. How do I fix it?

To me it sounds like the problem you're having is a connection issue. You can solve this by opening up the laptop and checking the ribbon connector and verifying the connection is secure. Otherwise, you can go out and purchase an external USB keyboard.
