I'm having difficulty charging my laptop. The charger looks good (no wires bent, exposed, etc.) and it is plugged in to both the wall outlet and the port on the computer but no charging light is on and it will not charge, help please?

I would first check to make sure that there isn't any debris in the charging socket or battery socket.
If after cleaning out the sockets and still no charge, then I would ask a friends for his/her charger and if that works then you need a need charger but if not I would suggest replacing the battery.

Does anyone have a charger for my hp Pavillion. O bought one on the internet. But the the end going into the computer is slightly larger. Does anyone have one to fit?
My question from above. The end of the one I bought on the internet is slightly larger in diameter.
