I have had my laptop on the charger all night but once I remove the charger from the laptop it automatically dies. The charger is brand new so it must be my battery, what should I do?

The reason your computer isn't holding a charge, may be because of a faulty battery. Test to make sure that is in fact your battery and not the charger.
If after checking it, the problem still remains, you will need to replace the battery itself.
