Verizon AT&T or sprint logic board? No idea which is better in Europe

I was looking for ways to pimp this phone (that is perfectly working), so I checked for change the 32gb logic board with a 64gb one . Problem: which wireless configuration should i use in Europe?

(if someone know how to raise memory without change the logic board tell me pliz)
