Video button not working - no video

Had my camera in for repair recently under warranty as the lens would not come out on switrch on. They replaced hte lens assembly and aligned and checked it apart from also cleaning the sensor.

I went to use the video function for the first time today and when I press the button - nothing. Been through al the menu checks and all settings as they were previously. Not on silent shutter which I have heard causes some issues. Tried with multiple cards from Sansisk extreme to ultra 30 pms and extreme 60mbs er second which all worked previosuly with it and again nothing.

Anything simple it could be before taking it in again and losing the use of it?
