4 Samsung Kies says phone is locked.
When using Samsung Kies to reinstall my firmware, I keep getting the message that my phone is locked. I do not understand what this means or how I should fix it because I bought my phone "unlocked" from Overstock.com. Any suggestions?

By locked it means there is a password set. You should change the title of your post.

Unlocked means it works on all phone carriers.
