1999 Accord won't start-Starter motor working
I have a 1999 Honda Accord EX coupe and it will crank but won't start. I changed the distributor cap, spark plugs, and fuel pump. Still won't start, but I smell fuel when I try to crank it, and it will try to start but it cuts off in about a second. Can you tell me what's the problem? Some people say it may be my fuel filter stopped up or my main relay.

If you can smell the gas, it's flooding out.
