it could be a battery issue or it may even be a port issue. a lot of times when we continuously plug and unplug things the ports become loose and will not work properly anymore. try plugging the charger in while the tablet is off and see if it charges. wiggle the plug around to see what angle it charges at and when you find the sweet spot leave it at that angle while the device is off and let it sit there for an hour and then come back to see if it is charged up some and try to turn it on.
