Yes, you can use Kinect with the Xbox One S. There is no connector for the Kinect directly though. You have to have an adapter. If you have an original Xbox One, and Xbox One S and a Kinect then you can get a free adapter for it.

I have an XBox 360, but I'm pretty sure you can plug it in (my friends have done it).
