So I was watching youtube on my phone and then it suddenly crashed without notice, and now I can't turn it on, it just shows the power up symbol for hours and just won't turn on it charges and can run out of battery it just won't tun on, anyone know how to fix this??

Have you tried hard resetting it? Usually you have to hold power button and either volume up or down. A quick Google should tell you how to hard reset it.

I have alcatel pop 4s that had a broken glass. Touch was not working at the right side. I disassembled the phone and was trying to test the new screen but phone got into a bootloop. I don't wanna put the new one in before testing,but why is it not turning on? Tried resetting but buttons only work for 3 seconds and then it freezes. So cannot reset the phone. Please help!

If the bootloop is due to low battery,how can I charge it if it keeps turning on and off,using all the power while charging?
The alcatel pop4s is a piece of garbage phone and i regret owning it to the fullest extent
