hey all.
2nd time i come across this on iPhone 6 this week.
very very low call volume. i reset the phone just to make sure. i changed the earpiece with no success and also the top earpiece. still call volume is very low.
please advise!

reset through settings having tried restore yet, will do it now.

Where did you purchase the parts? Thats the problem with aftermarket parts you have to be careful not to get low quality parts. I have never had any problems with the parts on this website. Amazon and Ebay you want to make sure you buy from someone who is highly rated with quite a lot of reviews not just 10. Also read the reviews, that will keep you out of trouble. As for right now ensure nothing is blocking the earpiece port on the screen, that may take removing the screen and removing the camera and ear speaker assembly. Reinstall them and pay close attention not to block anything during reinstallation.

Kindly Replace the front ear speaker filters in that might be dust ll be covered and you Cant Hear Full Voice so Please Change the filter

Driving me nuts.
It can't be dirty coz it's a new screen and new ear piece.
Unfortunately I am From Australia and we don't have the luxury of buying from ifixit

When you say "new screen," are you referring to the speaker mesh screen, or the display itself?
If you haven't replaced the display and have an extra, test by swapping it out. If the sound improves, it rules out the issue being on the Logic Board connector. If not, either looking at repairing or replacing the logic board. If you're looking at repairing it, I am not skilled enough myself to help on that front.

Make sure the front camera flex is properly seated. I have seen with the 5 series that causing very quiet and poor quality sound.

I have 3 6's doing this exact thing. I have replaced and swapped out speakers with known good speakers as well as brand new speakers purchased from ifixit. I have dont screen swaps before with out this being an issue so dont believe its the camera flex cables. Any other ideas as this seems to be something else.
