My tablet wont charge PLEASE I NEED HELP

My tableg wont charge but when I click the power on button the thing that shows when you charge your charger shows then it will be black again and i click the power on btton again then same stuff happens. Then I opened the back od my tablet I took off the ones with 2 blue, red and yellow ones then put it back on and tried charging my tablet then same things happen. Then I opened it again I saw one thing that got snapped off its near the charging port that one that has a writing on it with a T and some numbers. I snapped it back then charge my tablet and same things happen. Please I really need help!
