My phone screen froze and I reset but wont turn back on

My phone screen froze and i reset but wont turn back on, its a ZTE zmax pro i was watching a youtube video and it was charging, around 70% i tried pulling down the notifications but that wouldnt work either would any buttons so i held power button down and it turned off now it wont turn on. ive connected it to my pc where i get an error that it is not recgonzied and has malfunctioned when i plug it in the home button does not light up, no combo of power and other buttons will turn it on, i think thats everything but ask if you need anything else

EDIT i was holding down the power button while plugged into my computer and my phone vibrated and a driver call ZTE diagnostic tool installed
