@jimwall what model is your telephone? Has it ever worked properly?

@jimwall can you tell us if this is a landline Panasonic phone or a mobile Panasonic phone? What is the exact model number? If it is a landline phone, did you pay for the Caller ID service and call waiting service (it is a separate charge in my area and possibly yours too). Have you try doing a reset by pulling the handset's batteries?
