One print color not working

My printer has worked fine for a couple years. Recently the cyan stopped working; the cartridge was still half full. Other three cartridges working fine. Replaced the cyan cartridge, but still not working. Have cleaned eight times in the process, but no luck yet. Device scan shows nothing wrong.

Does this just require a different type of cleaning with the print head or something else?
