piece of headphone is stuck in thr headphone port. I have no sound because of it

Cameron linked a great guide, so I recommend checking that out. If that doesn't help clear up your headphone jack, iFixit sells a tool just for this purpose, called a GripStick.
GripStick Headphone Plug Extraction Tool
Please be advised of the warranty and return policy of this tool, though, as there's a possibility this won't work for you. It's sold As-Is, and comes with no guarantees to clear up your clogged headphone jack. It also can be tricky to use properly, so I recommend watching the associated video on the product page.
