Whenever I press the steaming button, rather than steam, only water will come out in short drips. The device is plugged in, the indicator light is on, etc. We even followed the manual for setup to the letter and haven't poked around inside the machine at all. This machine is new, (Only a few hours old)

nate michael, If you have followed all the correct operating/setup procedures in the manual(link below), the heating element may be defective. Since the steamer is so new return to place of purchase for replacement /refund. Good luck. I hope this helped you out, if so let me know by pressing the helpful button.
