Why can't my phone slide to answer
When i press the power button phone is not lighting up, only when I plug it to charge an when it's ringing, It's just not sliding, even when i try to answer a call

Alicia Hosein, If soft reset does not do the trick,1st link/guide below, use the 2nd link/guide below to do a hard reset. Good luck. I hope this helped you out, if so let me know by pressing the helpful button.

I have had that issue before with a couple of phones, where it would not light up when it rang and if i turned it on it would, ingnore the call, I had fixed this by doing a soft reset.
