Why is the cooling system leaking on the passenger side floor?

After running the cooling system for some time there is often a phenomenon that the passenger notices without their shoes on. Water leaks from underneath the dashboard onto the carpeting and saturates the floor. It doesn't necessarily get soaked, but you can feel some sort of leak forcing water slowly out of that area. Could it merely be condensation, or is it more serious? I have a 2007 Grand Caravan SXT...
