Keyboard notes being registered a semi tone higher/Pitch bend broken

Pitch bend weel is not working. I don't need it, but I wold like to tune instrument so C is C.

Whenever i play a note on Casio CTK 3200 keyboard it plays as a semi tone higher.

e.g. if i play C it will play C sharp in logic.

On screen where is symbol for notes is still writing notes correctly.

If I make transpose, it does not stay for permanent and my setting is delited if I use learning options from song bank on keyboard.
