My skateboard is always turning left a lot!

In skateboarding, we don’t always pass by the same surfaces. Some are rough; others are shiny smooth, and a few sit in between. And while different skating styles require varied decks, riding on these surfaces also demands the best wheels.

I recently bought a new deck and a pair of trucks. They’re from an unknown brand called Iron, because my cheap ass didn’t want to pay the full price for indy’s, but the guy in the skateshop assured me they were good. In the beginning it was horrible to skate them, they kept getting stuck to the side I last leaned on. After a while it was only to right side, I’m goofy. Leaning on the other side or skating switch did not help. It got so bad I returned to the skateshop and they gave me a new pair of bones hardcore medium bushings. I really like them and no turning to one side until after two hours of skating same thing again, my board keeps turning to the right. I’ve tightened the hardware, replaced the bearing and the problem still occurs. It’s very annoying, throws me off balance. I don’t really know what to do. I also don’t wanna break the new bushings. Anybody who can help?

I ride regular on my board it keeps veering off to the left all time I crashed idk how many but I tighten the bolts nuts n everything but it just seems to not get the hint

Being a senior skateboarder, I have gone through such situations so many times in my skateboarding career. There can be some major reasons for this failure. Here are these:

1- The surface you are riding might have a bending area on the left

2- The wheels or the trucks can be loosened or not attached professionally

3- Your style and level of riding the skateboard are not up to the mark.

4- You have an inappropriate skateboard and its components

5- Or you are riding the skateboard with the wrong setup

If your skateboard is consistently turning left more than you want it to, there may be a few reasons why. Here are a few things to consider:

1. Your trucks may be too loose on one side. Try tightening the trucks on the side where the skateboard is turning too much.
2. Your wheels may be worn down unevenly. Check to see if the wheels have worn down more on one side than the other. If this is the case, you may need to rotate or replace the wheels.
3. Your stance may be affecting your balance. If you're consistently leaning more to one side while riding, this could be causing your skateboard to turn more in that direction. Try adjusting your stance and see if it makes a difference.
4. Your deck may be warped or damaged. Check your skateboard deck for any signs of warping or damage, such as cracks or splits. If you notice any damage, it's best to replace the deck.

The trucks are the metal parts that attach the wheels to the deck. If one truck is tighter than the other, it can cause the skateboard to turn in that direction. Check the tightness of both trucks and make sure they are evenly adjusted.
