My phone doesn't black out when i make a phone call like the exact same phone does. I replaced the proximity sensor and front camera cable and still nothing. What could it be?

You Change any others lcd? if not try any others lcd plz try.

It could the following
Alignment the sensor has to be aligned correctly
The flex itself a lot of replacement flexes I've found are just rubbish they work for camera and speaker not the sensor
It could be the screen could be too dark could be too light
It could also be the connector the flex goes to, damaged from prying
Try a known good flex and align it like the original, try the original screen with the flex u think is good, always rule out bad parts first
