walter keen check with Amazon and see what they tell you. Otherwise notify RCA and start here

Uhh you would go through the manufacturer or Amazon… Trying to find out how to get a tool replaced under warranty and get stuck on this…

i bought my voyager 3 about 6/ 4/ 18. then the screen went black with lines in the middle of the screen.
