i'm from the philippines and we bought our keurig in states so our keurig is 110 and our plugs are all 220 so we have to use a transformer/converter. But, all of a sudden it won't turn on. Is there any service center for keurig here? or what can I do to fix this. We have been using our keurig for almost 7months.

You have tested the converter output is still providing a proper 110 AC ?

yup! may sister's sterilizer is 110 and it is still working
