The keyboard works great when it works, but suddenly for no apparent reason, it stops responding and/or wrong characters appear. Turning it off and then back on fixes the problem for awhile, but it happens often, sometimes daily. Bluetooth connection and battery level is fine when it happens. Thoughts?

Could be one of several possible issues.There were firmware updates that may not have been done. Even though the batteries are showing OK< I would change them out for new ones to remove that possibility. You did not say what you are connecting to nor what OS X you are using. You may need to do an update. Your Bluetooth board or connections may be going bad.
