i go to turn my camera on but my lenes wont come out and it says "the zoom did not operate normally.insert the battery again and turn the camera on." but it dosn't change anything

@lil_ellen the most common issue with digital cameras is a stuck lens. Check on here for a possible solution. Slightly different model but this video and these guides will get you to your lens assembly. Lens replacements as needed are available at places like this and many more.
