Can I replace the G4 1999 CPU board with Quick Silver CPU Board?

I've just grabbed a Power Mac G4 1999 with 400 MHz.

I'm thinking about upgrading the CPU board with the Quick Silver CPU board of 867 MHz.

• Are their connectors the same?
• Does the system take it?
• Is there anything else I need to take care of?
