Yesterday my phone fell down and no display after that. I'm from India and I was not able to find an SE display on eBay. So I was just wondering can i buy a 5S display and use it in my SE because 5S display is available everywhere?

You can only use the original 5S displays on the SE, you could use 5s aftermarket displays on the SE but it's really a hit or miss, some aftermarkets will display properly on the SE and some don't.
I highly recommend looking or either an original, refurbished 5s screen or aftermarket SE screen.

Yes. The 5S and SE screens are interchangeable.
