The LCD is "jumping" up and down + horizontal lines

The LCD on the MacBook Pro early 2011, 13" is "jumping" up and down and at certain display positions horizontal lines are running up and down the screen and the screen gets frozen.

And often it is only the half lower part of the LCD which is "jumping" up and down. The lines though are on the whole LCD.

At certain display positions it can work normally sometimes.

What can the problem be, can it be a display cable which is faulty? I don't think the actual LCD display is faulty since it works in certain positions.

I would examine the LDVS cable as picture in step # 14 of this guide. Reseat it it and examine for any corrosion. MacBook Pro 13" Unibody Early 2011 Display Replacement

Bad LVDS cable most likely. Could be the LCD or connector on the board but I would highly lean on a bad cable

I checked that cable on the motherboard side, all looks good and nothing happens when i move around the cable at that end.

But maybe the problem is at the LCD end of that cable?

Can i access that connector without removing the whole display unit from the rest of the computer? Can it be accessed by only removing the glass and then removing the screws for the LCD and then just move the LCD?
