battery is green... MacBook Air won't start.

I left my Mac on charger for a few hours in my hotel. Came back found the battery green so I disconnected it and put it on my desk to start work.

I pressed the start button and the chime came on and suddenly just shutdown before loading anything.

now and won't start. The battery is still green.

I tried the smc reset... No response

Battery still green

Please help!
