JLab Pro-7 Repair Guide

This tablet made by the Apollo group and began to be sold in 2014. One of the first things to look for is the product’s Logo on the backside of the tablet. The logo looks like three “J”s in a cube shape. To the right of this logo it should say JLab. Every JLab pro 7 should have this aesthetic. This tablet being the first iteration of the JLab Pro line, it is is much easier to identify compared to tablets with various models and generations.

IMEI is showing as "UNKNOWN"

The IMEI is showing "UNKNOWN" under settings status. I purchased it used from a place in Stockton, Missouri. The box does not have a label indicating the IMEI either. I am willing to brave disassembly if the IMEI can be found in the back. There is no reference AT ALL available regarding it within the manual either. I am furious because I am unable to add the device to my carrier to use for streaming. Guidance from you would ve greatly appreciated. Now I suspect was stolen device wiped clean and pawned.

I bought a samsung galaxy s5 some years ago and was working well until this year and i though the sim card port or the sim card stop working then i take it off the sim card to insert to another phone then is working then i was checking in setting to check on about phone then when i check the imei it say unknown do you think it can't fix?

In most cases where the IMEI has become unknown on other devices, it usually means the baseband has failed or has failed to initialize. I would start with a factory reset and update, if that still does not work there is a good chance the baseband is hooped.
