I have a Gizmo owned by my sister. It was given to her as a gift by her late husband. While my sister is on vacation, I accidentally dropped Gizmo from the table. I am worried. I put new batteries in now he can dance but can't sing.Please help me out. My sister will definitely get mad at me. What should I do? I can't replace as this toy can't be shipped to the Philippines even if order one.

I just purchased one of these yesterday and put new batteries in it. I’m having the same issue, Gizmo can dance but not sing. Seems to be kinda sluggish when “dancing”. Any idea on how to fix this? I don’t really want to drive an hour to take it back to the store.

Check the batteries if not already, open the seams carefully and check if anything is broken. If there's any broken plastic, fix it. If motor is broken. Change or contact a professional. If it still doesn't work. Contact the manufacturer.
