I have a BRAND NEW ps4 pro that doesn't turn on

I have a BRAND NEW ps4 pro that won't turn on. I bought it 7 months ago. It been in my closet untouched and unopened. I finally decided to play it. I plugged it in, and it won't turn on at all. I plugged the controller in to see if I can turn it on from the controller and nothing. Does anyone have a solution or know why this is happening.? And I can't find my warrantee papers.
