How old is the TV?
If less than 12 months old it is still covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
Consult the User guide (unless there is a separate warranty statement that came with the TV)for details regarding the warranty provisions and what you have to do to make a claim for a repair or replacement.
If the warranty has expired, what is the model number of the TV?
