Touch screen stop working when press sup right corner

I have a Moto G5 Plus that just had a touch screen + LCD remplacement because it felt on the water and the LCD screen stop working, but when I was finishing the installation, before glueing it, I noticied when I press the superior right corner of the screen the touch screen stop responding. The only way to make it responding again was forcing a reboot with power button and releasing a bit the screen from the frame.

I thought it was an issue with the proximity sensor but when testing the phone with factory mode it shows that the sensor works fine. I also check if there is any pressure over the touch screen flex and either there was a problem. Anyone have any ideas why it should happen?

Edit: A picture of the place when pressed makes the touch screen stop working
