Screen come out "Auto scanning and repairing 0% complete
Dear Sir,
As above mention, I let it be for a whole day still the same screen.
I cant even press any button.
Pls help.

Hi @joopooloo ,
You may have to disable (or uninstall it) Norton A/V so that you can start the laptop normally, and then either enable it again or re-install it as it appears that it may be the problem.
Suggest that you start the laptop in “safe mode” (scroll down to To use the F8 key to start Windows XP in Safe mode - select Safe Mode with Networking) and then use this guide to fix your A/V problem.
I’m not sure what you mean by the 4 hole USB port problem?

At last, I send to the repair shop, and it is bcoz of the "Wimdow software" corrupted.

Hi @joopooloo,
Try holding the Power button down until the laptop shuts down.
Start the laptop and check what happens. Give it a bit of time in case it is doing repairs 30 minutes perhaps.
What OS is installed in the laptop?
Did you download and install any Win updates or were you running an Anti Virus program etc before this happened?

Good morning to you, I did, I let it more than 12 hrs, still the same.
Window xp. I used Norton antivirus, quick sometime.
Do the 4 hole USB port problem, I just bought a month ago.
