Does the back light come on when you make calls or dial numbers? If not (and it used to) it sounds like the backlight probably died.
You may dig around in the settings menu of the phone as there may be a backlight or light setting that can be adjusted for on/off or level as well.

Thank you , It even went into Safe Mode. So after I try so many things to try and fix it. I turned it off. And hit restart and let it reset it self. And now light comes on and light up the phone when in coming calls are coming in.
