Remote not working or TV not working?

after 2 years in storage control light on tv working. but can not turn on tv using remote control. there is no on/ of switch on tv itselve. bought new universal remote, tried to turn on using varios codes, also automatic code search, no sugsess screen stais black no sound. any one has an idea what to do ??Television

I bought in in the good guys australia , brandet GVA but some research tells me it actualy is made by Hisense TV and rebrandet to GVA. The model is: GVA/32LEDF Warranty time is past .
