I dropped my iPhone 7 Plus in water and its logic board I totally destroyed but rest everything is working. I'm getting cheap iPhone 7. I was wondering if I could replace 7plus logic board with 7. Since i'm having hard time getting iPhone 7 plus logic board.

The logic boards are different sizes but even if they were similar, they are driving a very different rear camera and as such, the connectors would not be compatible.

Waterproofness applies only to a brand new device under specified lab conditions. In real life daily usage and possible hits and bumps, besides chemicals air and water normally contain can change the picture quite a bit. As a matter of fact, manufacturers give out of the factory waterproof scoring but never offer any liquid damage guarantee.
