USB ports and LAN port is not working

None of the usb ports are working in addition the lan port will not detect and lan cable, i've tried different cables and nothing works. The warranty exp in April this yr and have to repair myself Playstion told it would $170 to fix it and best buy won't help either, I need help please...thanks
