3D flex cable damaged. Can we switch on watch without this cable?

While opening the watch, Its 3D touch flex cable got damaged so without this cable can we switch ON the watch ?

Sorry to say all the parts are needed in the watch. It’s so highly compacted you can’t use it without the flex cable.

A watch is not a PC. It needs all the pieces to work.
