the fan inside look like lots of dust. sometimes the fan sound are very louder and noise. i worried if my macbook explode. erm.. can u teach me how to clean it?
It won't explode. Just follow the directions to take the top case off and expose the fan. Take it outside and blow it out. There are no user serviceable parts in the fan. They do go out and make a high screeching sounds when they need to be replaced.
if i use compressed air to clean it, do you think its very good way? i just want u to confirm it. i watched youtube and see people clean their mac fan by using compressed air.
I do it everyday.

Once the fan is removed, lift up the round sticker on the top of the fan an apply only one drop of sewing machine oil. This will lubricate the fan bearing and reduce the fan noise. Only dusting off an old fan doesn't solve the sound annoyance. If you still have noise with the oil treatment then the only solution is to replace the fan with a new one.
